Holly came to me with suggetions that were outside of the box of simple price reductions. She continually dug into her bog of tricks to help make my listing the best on the market. She even helped save me money! When I thought about repainting or making changes, she helped me decide what would and would not make a difference to a buyer. This helped me from spending money on something that would not make a return.
Through the process we did a couple of offers. Most fell through. But Holly continued to work even the lost deposits. Actually my home sold to a person that dropped their deposit. Holly was able to get another deposit out of them. Later that month, my home closed with virtually no issues. Holly handled all of the walks and inspections without having to involve me!
